Due to the fact that the Dean has granted you the extra term for exam,
I agree to an additional date for completing the concurrent programming course.

As I would like to conduct the assessment immediately after the diplomas exams in which I will be participating, the scheduled time may be subject to change. The preliminary time is 12:00 PM; however, if the exams are prolonged, please wait patiently.
